In Store Terms and Conditions

Our in store Return Policy is as follows:

We offer 7 days refund/store credit for any full price item with tags and receipt. Store credit only after 7 days. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. No refund or exchange without attached tags and/or receipt.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit, we offer a store credit.   All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume. Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession. For health reasons and personal hygiene, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bracelettes, earrings and necklaces are not eligible for return. 

Our in store Layby terms and conditions are as follows:

Layby is available on an 8 week term and must be paid in full. Laybys must be collected by finalisation date. A $10.00 deposit is required on each layby. A $10.00 non refundable service fee will be charged for each new layby. Regular fortnightly payments must be made. Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the layby by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less a termination fee of $10.00 service fee already paid. Customers will need to return in store with their original layby receipt in order to cancel and refund their layby. Layby is not available on clearance or sale items. Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a layby. Refunds for layby deposits or payments will be refunded by cash or store credit. Photo ID must be produced if you request a replacement layby document, cancel a layby, or when you finalise and collect a layby where no document can be produced.
